At WestReach Aviation, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled for our charter services.
Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations within 72 hours of departure may result in a charge of 25% of the quoted price.

Cancellations by WestReach Aviation

If we must cancel due to weather, safety, regulatory, or operational reasons, you will receive either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for indirect costs (such as hotel stays or connecting travel) due to cancellations.
Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed, subject to aircraft and crew availability.

Additional costs may apply if the rescheduled flight differs in route, duration, or required services.

Notice must be given at least 72 hours before departure.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including:
