  1. Strategic Planning & Asset Profiling - Assess mission needs (range, payload, flight sectors, use frequency) to define what aircraft type fits best. Analyze operating cost models—including maintenance schedules, fuel, crew, insurance—and future resale potential in U.S./Canadian markets. Evaluate new vs. pre-owned options, lease vs. purchase vs. fractional ownership where appropriate.

  2. Sourcing & Market Access - Access both on-market and off-market opportunities in the U.S., Canada, and abroad. Vet each candidate’s history: logs, maintenance, AD / SB compliance, modifications, and prior ownership. Provide side-by-side comparisons that account for all costs—import/export, duties, regulatory modifications—so you see the true “all-in” number.

  3. Due Diligence & Contracts - Arrange in-depth technical inspections (airframe, engines, avionics, structural, systems). Negotiate and review purchase contracts with region-specific legal, tax, and regulatory protections. Title verification, lien searches, registration status checks—both U.S. (FAA) and Canada (Transport Canada)—and assistance with international registry if relocating or operating abroad.

  4. Import/Export & Registration - For imports to Canada: ensure aircraft types are eligible, manage foreign deregistration, help with import certificates, transport logistics. For imports to the U.S.: ensure airworthiness standards conform, handle FAA registration, foreign deregistration, bill of sale. For exports/sales overseas: manage export certificates, compliance with destination nation's aviation authority, prepare for customs, re-identification (tail-markings, transponders, etc.).

  5. Financing, Tax & Insurance - Structure financing that works for domestic or cross-border purchases. Identify tax benefit opportunities (sales/use tax, duty relief, incentives) in U.S. states or Canadian provinces. Secure comprehensive insurance: hull, liability, risk coverage for transit and overseas exposure.

  6. Delivery & Operational Readiness - Oversee delivery logistics domestically or cross-border. Coordinate pre-delivery modifications, configuration, acceptance check-lists. Ensure crew training, maintenance support, operations manuals, and regulatory compliance are in place before first flight under your registration.

  7. Compliance & Lifecycle Management - Keep up with ongoing obligations: inspections, certifications, airworthiness directives (U.S. / Canadian / foreign authorities). Maintain accurate documentation, logbook support, registry renewals, AD / SB tracking. Monitor for regulatory changes in both countries (and those you may fly into) to avoid penalties and preserve value.

  8. Resale or Exit Strategy - When it’s time, we prepare your aircraft for sale: comprehensive documentation, marketing positioning (domestic, cross-border, or global market). Manage negotiation, escrow, title transfer, export or import compliance for buyer jurisdiction. Aim to maximize value and streamline transaction.
