When you book a flight with WestReach Aviation, here’s what you need to know:

Booking: Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment or a signed agreement. Make sure all your travel and personal info is accurate.

Payments: We accept wire transfers and E-transfers and credit cards (Subject to a 3.5% transaction fee). Late or missing payments may result in cancellation.

Cancellations & Refunds: Policies vary by service. Refunds may not apply for late cancellations or no-shows. If we cancel due to safety, weather, or regulations, you’ll get a full refund or alternative arrangements.

Passenger Responsibilities: Bring valid ID/passport, follow crew instructions, and inform us of any medical or accessibility needs.

Safety & Liability: Flights operate under international regulations. We’re not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather delays). Travel insurance is recommended.

International Travel: You are responsible for visas, customs, and health regulations. Necessary passenger info may be shared with authorities.

Welcome to WestReach Aviation. By booking a flight or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Reservations
All bookings must be made through our website, by email, or directly with our staff.
Prices are subject to change until payment is confirmed.
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or a signed agreement, depending on the service.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal and travel information.
Payments
Payments must be made in full by the due date.
We accept payment via wire transfers and E-transfers and credit cards (Subject to a 3.5% transaction fee)
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies depend on the type of service booked and may vary:

Standard Cancellation: 24hrs prior to departure

Late Cancellation or No-Show: within the the 24hrs possibility of 50% and 0% Refund

We reserve the right to cancel flights due to safety, weather, regulatory requirements, or operational issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or rebooking.
Passenger Responsibilities
You must comply with all aviation and security regulations.
Carry valid government-issued ID or passport as required.
Inform us of any medical conditions, mobility needs, or other special requirements at the time of booking.
You must follow crew instructions for safety and security.
Safety & Liability
Our flights operate in accordance with local and international aviation regulations.
We are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather, air traffic delays, or acts of third parties.
Personal belongings are carried at your own risk. We recommend travel insurance.
International Operations
Passengers are responsible for visas, customs, immigration, and health regulations.
We may share necessary passenger information with authorities for regulatory compliance.
